Dr. Chris Onyekachi Simon (Don Chris) is an Awardee at The Future . Leadership Public Service and Entrepreneurship Awards 2022. The founder of the COSIM Foundation, Dr. Chris Onyekachi Simon, has been conferred with a chieftaincy title as the Mkpuruoma 1 of Enugu Ezike by all the traditional rulers of Enugu Ezike, the largest community in West Africa.

The Lagos-based multimillionaire businessman with massive investments in virtually all sectors of the economy got the title the same day his COSIM Foundation was unveiled. Dr. Chris Onyekachi Simon, otherwise known as Don Chris, is a National Open University of Nigeria- trained Business Administrator who runs a chain of companies with an interest in , ICT, construction and real estate, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, and international trade, amongst others. Popularly known as Don Chris, Onyekachi Simon is the Managing Director of Softron System Enterprises Limited and Chief Executive Officer, of Total Value Integrated Services Ltd, a conglomerate involved in Real Estate development, construction and civil engineering contracting works.

Established in the year 2017 in memory of his late mother, Mrs. Philomena Simon who died in the year 2003 during childbirth, the COSIM Foundation has been involved in lifting people out of poverty, want and deprivation in line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals Agenda, 2030. Quietly, Don Chris has been involved in youth empowerment, community development, scholarship schemes and payment of WAEC fees for secondary school graduates among other philanthropic gestures until he decided to officially unveil the Foundation and take its activities to the next level.

Amb. (Dr.) Oyedokun Ayodeji Oyewole is an awardee at The Future Leadership Public Service and Entrepreneurship Awards. Amb. (Dr.) Oyedokun Ayodeji Oyewole, is the President/Chairman, Institute of Information Management (IIM) Africa (USA, Canada, UK, South Africa, Ghana, Nigeria, Australia, France & India) Founder, International University of Information Management (IUIM) Denver, Colorado USA. www.iuim-edu.online.

He is a respected information management practitioner, founder of the Records and Information Management Awareness Foundation (RIMA Foundation), publisher of Information Management World Magazine (IM World Magazine), RIM Africa Journal and Executive Producer of Information Management World on Television (IM World TV).

He has received different international awards for his contribution towards the development of the Information Management industry in Nigeria and Africa. In 2004, he received the “Great Minds of the 21st Century Award” An award presented to him by the American Biographical Institute. In 2014, he was appointed as Ambassador for Peace by the Universal Peace Federation and in 2015, he became the first-ever African Fellow of the Information and Records Management Society (IRMS) in the United Kingdom. His specialties include ECM, BPM, DM, EDMS implementation, training, and consultancy services.

In June 2021, he was elected to the Board, Friends of Research4Life, a global organization that has worked to reduce the knowledge gap between high-income countries and low- and middle-income countries by providing affordable access to high-quality scientific research. Dr. Oyedokun was recently (July 2021) appointed as an Editorial Board Member of the Chief Data Officer (CDO) Magazine (www.cdomagazine.tech), USA.

Save A Child Mission is a local based organisation that is focused on the less privileged children. Our mission is to create a safe environment for the total welfare of children with basic needs, protection against violence and abuse, training programs, early mentorship and the opportunity to express themselves in their field of interest.

Our approach is making it a social responsibility to get well-meaning individuals and organisations to share in the obligation of raising, caring for children and supporting their dreams.

We want to rewrite the stories of every child, that was abandoned, for greatness. Over the past 5 years, Save A Child Mission has partnered with over 87non governmental organisations, granted over 36 educational scholarship to children, reached over 58communities, 52projects 12000 beneficiaries and over 75 volunteers. Melody Francis is a Nigerian bom and brought up in the Benin Republic. She is an undergraduate of ESCAE Benin University studying International Relations and Diplomacy. She is also a forerunner of providing solutions for lost causes because she believes in possibilities I for a worthy cause.

She is a Public Speaker and a Teens Coach with a major domain in the field of Personal Development, Leadership, and Business. She helps people experience growth through Personal Development, Leadership, and Business for Global Relevance. She has had opportunities to be featured on a TV Station, at Seminars and International Conferences on different platforms in Nigeria, Benin Republic, Liberia, etc.

She is a passionate volunteer who has actively entered for different organizations with Certificates of honours to her name for services rendered to humanity. She hosted her first seminar and live event at age 16 in Cotonou, Benin Republic while volunteering for the I TRAIN HEROES PROJECT with MOGI.

She has volunteered for other projects and organizations online and offline such as Tedx Bingerville, BPen Network, VIP World, Project Learn the English Benin Republic, etc. She has also served as a Secretary and President in an NGO ORGANISATION in Benin Republic known as HOP Inf 1. She has a record of a couple of training and attended academies that have boosted her capacity.

She is a writer and an author of 5 Books. She is the Founder of Solution Impact Global, a platform where people discover their solutions in different spheres of life. She is a voice-over artist, a medium graphics designer, a video editor, and an event compere. She is popularly known as a Container with a Content for the Continent.

Soremekun Ayodeji is a cake entrepreneur, with brand name Aybakescakes. He had an early exposure to the world of baking through his mom who persuaded him to learn the craft and skill behind the art and act of baking.

A The journey into entrepreneurship started officially 5 years ago. He is also a cake I content creator and a cake trainer. He has ” helped a number of individuals create top­ notch cake content and also train bakers to become professionals in the baking industry. Ayodeji has been able to carve a niche within the baking industry by professionalising cake writing, popularly known as calligraphy.

This unique attribute led him to be christened Calligraphy King. He is currently one of the most sought after cake writing instructor in the cake industry, Ayodeji is also a proud author with his maiden cake book: Ayodeji Simplified Cake Book, which was launched January 2019 at the naija bakers exhibition. In the nearest future, Ayodeji and like-minded colleagues hope to birth a digital learning platform for bakers. He also has plans to create platforms for young cake entrepreneurs for building their own unique baking styles.

Jane Ugwumadu is a Child advocate, a mother on a Mission to revamp the child care support system for the African child and rescuing children who are prone to vulnerability.

Jane believes everyone has a part to play in nation-building and hers revolves around getting others I engaged in exercising their social responsibility. Her passion gave birth to Save A Child Mission which came to her as an inspiration bringing together over 4900 volunteers both offline and online; partnered with over 87 non governmental and granted over 36 educational scholarship to the less privileged
children.

She is the Nigeria Peace Delegate at Sunfo Global Federation. Out of her numerous recognition awards are: Kidpreneur Africa award, Best Female ate support in 2020 from Make Mee Elegant Foundation, Advocate at United Peace Consulting and was recently recognised by the Ooni of Ife for a selfless service to humanity and has undergone training in non-profit management at QE3 consulting, Pennysylvania, USA.

She was recently awarded with the Impact Makers award, the most outstanding Sdg 5 advocate and recognition award from Women of Essence foundation. Jane’s slogan is, “Together we can Protect the Innocence of a Child.”

AMB. JANET TAYO FAREMI, MD, Ambassador Stores, is an award-winning and highly experienced Chief Executive . Officer with a demonstrated history of running supply chain industries. She is a serial entrepreneur, social media sales . and marketing strategist and a self-determined business I icon prompting to high-end business requirements. Amb. I Janet is a Youth Ambassador with the West Africa I (ECOWAS) Youth Council skilled in Negotiation, ” Marketing Management, Business Planning, Analytical Skills, and Operations Management. She is the Founder and Chair of “Ambassador Stores” Ilorin, Kwara State capital, Nigeria.

As an accomplished entrepreneur, she is a living testament of inspiration, upliftment and empowerment of women in all endeavours. She is an avid mentor to several young women in business circles, and she regularly speaks at entrepreneurship programs, facilitates lectures or workshops. She features as delegate at panels, conferences and summit events. She was also one of the Business Day speakers at the International Tropics Business Summit and Africa Dollars.

Recently, she was named amongst Forty Under 40 Africa. She has gotten over 20 awards altogether. She recently served as Head Judge at the Royal beauty pageant, and officiates at cooking competitions and talent shows both at local and international levels. She is also the present Nigeria National Coordinator of the AfCFTA Young Entrepreneurs Federation with headquarters in Accra, Ghana.

Ambassador Janet has been recognized and honored with numerous awards, both at local and international levels. She is happily married with 2 wonderful children.

Aybakescakes is a cake institute that is passionate about baking, decorating of cakes and training passionate individuals on cake art and its business act. This passion is what was integrated into an entity which is focused on delivery of top-notch cakes to its consumers and training anyone who is interested in knowing more about cake making and its business act.

We provide fluffy cakes with great taste which are not only delicious but also beautiful. Some of our cakes include Lemon, Chocolate, Strawberry, Coconut, Red-Velvet Cake, to mention but a few. Also, due to our vision drive, we have created some few recipes on our own during table research and test.

An eminent professional, educationist Adedeji Michael has gained a prominent position in society due to the exemplary work he has done in his career in the education sector. His rise to prominence in such a short span can be attributed to his strong will-power, high calibre, conviction, dedication and leadership quality. He had both his primary and secondary school education in Ibadan, finishing from Baptist Primary School and Baptist Secondary School respectively.

He later moved to Lagos and gained admission into the University of Lagos where he studied Information Technology before proceeding to the United Kingdom where he studied Human Resource Management at the Association of Business Executives, On his return to Nigeria, he bagged a Degree at StayUp Aviation where he studied Travel & Hospitality Management. Amb. Stanley Power

Amb. Stanley Power (Amazuo Nwadiriora) is an inspiring and vibrant young man. He obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) and Masters of Science (M.Sc.) degrees in Estate I Management and Construction Management, respectively from the prestigious Imo State University, Owerri, Nigeria, amongst other capacity building training certificates in development work activities. In 2005- 2006. He began to distinguish himself in development project work activities, both at national, state as well as grassroots levels and in youth communities.

He earned himself the prestigious NYSC Merit Award for Excellence while he served in Niger State, Nigeria, in local communities development work and was granted the sum of N250,000.00 (Two Hundred & Fifty Thousand Naira) by the then Governor, His Excellency, Late Engineer A. A Kure. He became an ardent Youth Advocate on Entrepreneurial Leadership Development and Economic Empowerment, Poverty Alleviation, Good Governance, Transparent Leadership and Fight Against Moral Decadence and HIV/AIDS in Youth Communities. In 2007, through his continued zeal for a life of impact amongst the youths, he founded the Youth Organization For Self-Sustenance in Nigeria Inc., now popularly known as YOS, a vehicle organization which is aimed at motivating the youth mechanism and strategies for eradicating Drug Abuse, Extreme Poverty and Hunger; Achieving Creativity, Self­ Development and Economic Empowerment. Stanley Power gradually rose as a serial social entrepreneur with innovative solutions to society’s most pressing social, cultural, and environmental challenges. He is ambitious and persistent, tackling major issues and offering new ideas for systems-level change. In a world defined by change, success comes from everyone leading. As a social entrepreneur in his area of thematic focus, he defines roadmaps that allow young people to thrive in new environments, providing solutions and demonstrating the how-tos.

In 2008, YOS and the Citizenship & Leadership Training Centre, Abuja (a Parastatal of the Federal Ministry of Youth & Sports Development) published and publicly presented his first book titled, “the Challenge of Self­ Sustenance” Advocating For Self-Employment in Nigeria; and is a literary instructional manual to instil the skills and tenets of entrepreneurship amongst young adults in Nigeria. In the same year, Stanley Power became an Alumni of the British Council/World Bank Debate to Action (Community Development Ambassadorial Programme) where for several months, he was tutored in practical classes on MDGs and NEEDS Assessment, Sustainable development initiatives, Relationship Building in Project Management, Project Goals and Objectives Development, Strategies and Activities, Project Sustainability, Human Resource Management, Monitoring & Evaluation, Team building, Proposal Writing, Documentation and Reporting, Human & Reproductive Health Rights & Gender Linkages.

Stanley Power organized various developmental projects, including Leadership Responsibility Advocacy Project titled, Standup and Speak-up Against Poverty with Sensitization rallies at Local Government Headquarters of the FCT: Kuje, Bwari and Gwawalada, demanding responsibility responses from their leadership to end poverty through vital policy and skills acquisition projects for women and youths. Stanley Power, President of the Youth Organization for Self-Sustenance in Nigeria Inc., has identified that there is only one skill required for success in life, and that is the Ability to Learn and by the grace of God, he will continue to make happen that opportunity for his target audience.

Ayooluwa, Oluwatosin Lovelyn is a Social Entrepreneur, Public Speaker, Author, Compere, Career Consultant/Mentor, Counsellor, Teenspreneur and a Nation Builder. She is a member of Yali Network and a protegee of Fela Durotoye Network and also an Alumna of Leadership Quarters and Mogi business school. Ayooluwa is the CEO /Founder of Omasview Enterprise, an empire where heroes are built one step at a time.

It is actually a social organisation where teenagers are trained and certified to become entrepreneurs and in turn train others. Ayooluwa is the initiator of Career Club where heroes are being trained on public speaking, content and copy writing, Business Grant processes, Business Planning, Digital Marketing.

She is the author of “the Risen Hero”, and the convener of “Success or Failure: the Choice is Yours,” “What Next after School,” “Save a Soul: Suicide is not an Option”, and “Ikoya Youth Empowerment Training”, Value Challenge, Resurgence to mention a few. She seizes every opportunity and turns peoples’ visions and dreams into mind-blowing outcomes. She is an award winner as “International Best Female Entrepreneur” of Year 2020 and LMA Brand Ambassador for the Year 2021.
